MSI B360-F PRO ( GPU issues)

Hi all ,

I tried to build my 2nd RIG with this MOBO , But i have a issues and i don't find a solution i hope someone can help me .

When i tried to boot the RIG , when i plugged GPU on MOBO the OS take 30 min to boot and when he's boot i got freeze and black screen .

i tried mutliple tests :

- 2 CPU .
-2 RAM .
-2 PSU .
-2 OS ( WIN10/HIVEOS).
-2 MoBO ( 2 MSI B360-F PRO )

When i tried to boot without GPU the system boot normaly and i dont get frezze , but when i tried to plugged some on PCI-e 16 or PCI-e 2 i got black screen after BIOS and freeze if the system boot .
