I found around 400+ connected accounts til now (they keep generating new accounts, just check the last posts of the bounty thread) with only 1 post in a bounty thread. See below > Thanks to LoyceV, we made a list of the accounts psted in the thread here > one, two, tree. I arranged all the accounts by UserId and filter those who have a very close UIDs. Here is the result (click the quote for full list) > Please, check the IPs of the batches if you can confirm, then those accounts are abusing the bounty and should be nuked. We need to find a solution to this madness.

Upon checking the usernames & their post, I guess, the accounts are created by bot. They all have the same style username; two words. They have only posted #Proof of Authentication & none of them are probably in the spreadsheet list; I have checked couple of them. Although the purpose isn't clear here, I guess it's certainly not bounty cheating. Campaign are trying to get impression from bounty hunter (to get more promoter) or the campaign manager is trying to show a lot of users are participating to their superior.

No matter how you look at it,it is cheating. If you post #Proof of Authentication in a bounty thread even tho it is a fake participation, then you are trying to participate in the bounty, in this case with multiple accounts which is against the forum rules, then this is bounty abuse and those accounts should be banned. If the Bounty manager is involved, which is a bit more difficult to prove, the whole thread should be trashed, but I don't think the mods will take that action without a solid proof. That's why I'm focusing on the rules which are broken so the administration can tack actions. We are playing cat-and-mouse game all the time here with those bots. This is not an isolated case. It happens quite often.

If its true that they are cheating bounty those account should be tagged but not ban .because you are able to make many accounts here and there is no problem having many accounts the issue is how will you use that account. If its proven that all of the 400 accounts connected all of them should be tagged by DT.

Please, check the IPs of the batches if you can confirm, then those accounts are abusing the bounty and should be nuked.

Is abusing bounties against forum rules? Is multiple accounts against forum rules? I think no.. I agree that abusing bounties against the rules of the specific bounty is untrustworthy behavior, and DT can get involved in that if they want, but I don't feel too sorry for bounties that waste their money (or junk tokens) on shitposters and allow themselves to be scammed by shitposting scammers.. If anyone should be "banned" then it should be the bounty managers for paying for spam on this forum.. In this case, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5196724.0 right? It looks like they are just spamming Twitter and Facebook and staying within their own thread pretty well right? Is it our jobs to protect Twatter and FB from spam? You can if you want but I don't much care for those evil social media companies myself.. I lol at them getting spammed.. I'm not sure I like the mods getting involved by releasing IP evidence either, unless the users in question consent themselves.. If the Bounty manager is involved, which is a bit more difficult to prove, the whole thread should be trashed
This is where the attention should be focused IMO.. The bottom up approach of screwing with 1 post accounts isn't going to do much..

Maybe multiple accounts isn't against the rules but to be honest, creating accounts automatically and attempting to pass their post as normal usage is very clear abuse. The forum should be very clear in auto banning and nuking such accounts if it's clear that they are automatically created.
And also, from the moment even one of the accounts created by the same person is banned, all others are considered to be evading the ban and are therefore breaking the rules.

Maybe multiple accounts isn't against the rules Spamming 400 posts in a row is against the forum rules. Then again, if 400 "real" users spam the same 400 posts, it's not against the rules.

Campaign are trying to get impression from bounty hunter (to get more promoter) or the campaign manager is trying to show a lot of users are participating to their superior.
Good point, but as a BM of this campaign, the signup sheet is what i have to show to the ILcoin team, not the forum thread. From what i can see, these bots didn't sign up in the forms, so i don't know what the purpose of these posts are, as thread bumping has been a thing of the past for few months now And if mods need permission to check my ip (which i highly doubt they do), it's given

Most likely competitors or some one unhappy trying to get the project down. 2. An account farm bot testing on a random bounty thread 3. Paid old school bumping service but less likely to be that case. 4. As mentioned above, fake buzz around the bount to create fake volume. It's too obvious the abuse to be that case. The fact is that there are more than 400 alt accounts who posted in the thread. I haven't finished the whole list yet, so probably there are more alts.

Have you asked the team if they have hired any thread bumping services? I'm glad you responded to the thread here but as their BM, you should educate them about the rules on the forum as well. If only it was that easy, and if only they would listen. I always advise projects to keep it organic and legit, but some projects fall under fake promises of "activity" and "hype". I've asked the team if they have anything to do with this, but so far no answer. But ILcoin is a specific project. It's a fork of some other project (don't remember the exact details) but i do know there's some bad blood between them, but it's usually confined to telegram groups.

The fact is that there are more than 400 alt accounts who posted in the thread.
And this number is increasing very fast. 113 out of last 500 created accounts have made a post in this thread.
All links to profiles of those spammers should be edited. They are now not working. Add ":" after https

Now it should be working. I hope there will be reaction from the staff soon and probably some good changes preventing this shit from happening again as well.

Perhaps evil points can help us. After all of these accounts are banned, the evil points of IP (or IPs) associated with these accounts will increase significantly. Then they will have to pay for registering new accounts.

I wonder how this bot is able to create all these accounts, as he must be jumping to fresh and clean IPs, paying the evil fees, or something..

I don't think they will be paying any evil fees. Jumping to clean IP's is relatively simple and so is bypassing the captcha. Email verification when creating new accounts would go a long way to preventing so many bot accounts... just saying
Could slow the process a bit but definitely wouldn't stop it. Like I said above it is relatively easy to spin up a fake email verification service using any of the SMTP server providers.
