Hello friend of DNGR, we always have ideas for bounties and  actually we have 2 at the moment,
Maybe in near future wwe will implemnt some kind of rain bot , tip bot that will be implemented
when the community grows and becomes solid

You may be right this is very advance project which is base on digital economy and for the security reasons the paper wallet's coding key's are stored on the paper.
