Hello, I'm not such crazy of collector of physical bitcoins, but I have a few. It's unique to saving my bitcoins or assets.

I just want to ask, if someone build / create some physical (coins / art / bar / other things) bitcoins or alt-coins with value inside. There is some procedure legal or other way to make sure the private key is no reserved or back up ?

The only guarantee you will ever get in you owning your private key and NOBODY else is when you make your own paper wallet.

When it comes to physical bitcoins it all comes down to trusting the maker in not keeping copies of said keys.

Some are very trustworthy...some were not. Read more here. [INFO] Breached or Scam coin makers list

Also you can always use your own public private keys. I believe most of the collectibles are created not for just the keys but for the items themselves most importantly.  Smiley

One day you will look back the time and wish you had those items.  Smiley

Nope....  as JanEmil said above it's all about trust... just like your trust in the US Government and Federal Reserve Tongue

Just remember... "Not your keys, not your coins"

Couldn't agree more. This will become an issue when BTC's value will exceed the ATH. Wouldn't be surprised if people startee redeeming them just to be sure.
