This decision does take me for ages to decide one. I suggest that you have to set a certain price range when to buy for you to get out at such dilemma. In fact, we didn't really know who the OP is, with this kind of topic, you have a point but to consider, if the OP is already aware of the market analysis such as using the basic knowledge to determine outcomes from graphs, then it is will not be enough, from my understanding there are three fundamental ways we should consider to verify our decision in the market. First is to analyze the market condition thru graphs, followed by researching the news and updates about the crypto, and lastly, is to ask some questions to others especially their opinion about the matter. In that case, you will have strong basis that it surely having a huge percentage of getting success.

Honestly, I would like to wait a bit before it goes down even further to fill my buy order.

I get where you're coming from, but the truth is that none of us knows whether bitcoin is going to fall any further, and I'd say that at a price of $6700 or so, bitcoin is a damn good buy.  I say that because I'm of the opinion that it's going to go higher eventually.  When I can't say for sure, but I'm 99.8% sure that it won't be staying at or below that price forever.  I'm more than hopeful that bitcoin's going to move back toward its ATH, and since I'm in this for the long term, bitcoin is looking cheap.

If you wait to buy, you might find yourself buying on the way up and you'll kick yourself for missing the opportunity that you had to buy bitcoin right now.  That's my opinion, anyway.  And what the hell do I know?  It could be that bitcoin has even further to fall, so we'll see what the rest of the month brings.

Nah, don't just wait for that possibility to come because you might be expecting things that aren't going to happen. If you have the money just buy Bitcoin already and hodl. And if you see such opportunity coming again because Bitcoin price is cheaper yesterday then buy more if you have the money. That's how you reinvest or invest your money, you never wait for what's not happening yet.

We don't have any strong fuds that can cause this fud and provably this is the reason on why we experience the sudden dump since in past year the ICO's has been hunted by many scammers and maybe they execute there sales this days that's why it affect the market to go crash but as you said for sure there will be a good thing happen since. I have read from a local media that in 2018-2019 there were so many hacking on crypto exchange, and in 2018 it was the highest record, so it is no wonder why after it reached ATH a large dump happened, even in 2019 it was still difficult to recover. other than that maybe the price of bitcoin will not be pumped on a large scale before halving occurs and so far they are racing to get a low price.
