Yes it is. I always have high hopes in ETH because it never dissappoints me even when the whole market crashes down. It's normal for the coins in the market to dump their prices but after that, ETH is still seen to recover in the market more than the others. But i suggest, it would be more reliable if we still make our own research so that we can trace what coins have been doing well in the market.

Ethereum does follow the price of bitcoin market sometime but not every time and the reason the price of ethereum falls unexpectedly is because altcoin market are highly manipulated despite that ethereum still maintain stable price than some altcoins in the market and should also be consider as a risk free investment not as risky as you claimed.

For me the most valuable altcoin that worth having is eth, tron, ripple, monero and bitcoin cash. The above mentioned altcoin has always have the capacity of delivering their future plans, which makes them more reliable to invest into. These are all very potential coins and will definitely help you to make a profit if you have a reasonable investment strategy. Of course, not every coin can rise well, but most of them are affected by the downtrend of this market.

Ethereum will come back soon and you should not feel worry about that dude. The hype for POS will come as soon as possible and it looks like people starting to buy more ethereum to be used as a collateral to run ethereum proof of stake system. Now ETH has fallen, but this is the opposite reason to invest in it, as for me, if you invest in ETH now, then in a year you can already get a tangible profit.

Well maybe but you to try to buy ETH at dip, in the last 2 years, ETH has not rise significantly, although it dump below $100 and some would be able to sell when it reaches $300, but it's not what we are expecting, we want higher than that price because we are seeing some coins like BNB that increase almost x10, so being the top coin in the altcoins market, it should rise higher.

Looking at the list I made from WorldCoinIndex it shows that Ethereum is the second best coin with the most growth in 90days. Ethereum remains a profitable coin if you know when to buy them.

in my opinion the top 10 coinmarketcap is very valuable but among the 10 coins definitely someone has 2 or 3 coins which are their favorite and in my opinion the most valuable are ethereum, binance and polkadot
