What happened:  EXW Wallet is ponzi  scheme offering 0.31% daily return (among other things). Another thing that is interesting is that registration is not possible without referral link, and OP of that thread shared that too. So it seems to me that he is just spreading this scam. But i think that is important for others to see that this is ponzi, before someone from this forum invests in this.

Original article is in German, this is Google translate

Quote
One after the other: The two EX bosses Benjamin Herzog and Manuel Batista are dodgy crypto fraudsters. Your business model is a new edition of the OneCoin fraud. According to internal research, more than 60 percent of the former OneCoin-Keuler are now working for the Austrians who put the millions in fraud in Klagenfurt.

Because the fraudulent EXW system and business model are easy to understand, there were quickly criticisms and warnings. So the lawyers Arno Lampmann, Dr. Niklas Haberkamm and Birgit Rosenbaum II (LHR lawyers) from Cologne on the scene. These are the same lawyers who were significantly involved in OneCoin fraud when they threatened critics with injunctions and unfounded warnings (: gerlachreport reported).

What worked for OneCoin always worked for EXW: Arno Lampmann just knows how to rip off clients. The Focus award "Top Wirtschaftskanzlei" also helps him, which everyone can buy for a few thousand euros. And the EXW dilos give the right-handed person a free hand: with false affidavits, suppressed replies from the warned and falsified evidence, they dispute injunctions, which are then presented to the amazed EXW community.

Benjamin Herzog and Manuel Batista want to silence critics. They are the leading minds of countless, massive DDoS attacks on websites that are critical of EXW and EXW wallet. They threaten and manipulate. Etching against critics and making themselves victims as perpetrators. This perfidious method is mastered by fraudsters.

The two crooks: "The amount in dispute has been specified at € 100,000. In the event of an infringement, the perpetrators face a fine of up to € 250,000, alternatively detention, or detention for up to six months." What both keep silent: The amount in dispute documents the rip-off of the lawyers, who receive their fee for the amount in dispute. The Herzog and Batista rip-offs were simply ripped off.

And finally: "Those who have followed the publications and comments on the topic, some of which can only be described as unspeakable, will now be able to objectively get their own idea of what is to be said about the polemical and untrue statements of certain" investigative journalists ". "

Indeed? An injunction is: injunction. The court does not check the facts, but is based on documents and statutory insurance. If these are falsified, the public prosecutor's office will investigate.

So it comes as no surprise that Benjamin Herzog and Manuel Batista are under criminal investigation. And it goes far beyond false affidavits.
