There are a lot of rich people in Dubai and exposing Bitcoin to them could boost BTC price.

I read on reddit that the people of Dubai can use these ManGo ATMs to deposit into Webmoney then from Webmoney purchase bitcoins and have them sent to a wallet.  So I guess they can be used to purchase Bitcoin indirectly.  I am not sure how many people will use them for that but I suppose the fact that there is an accessible way for them to do so is a start.

Ok but sorry that does not justify the headline LiteCoinGuy gave this thread and that should have long been marked with some more question marks at least.
By now I would find it very justified to change it to [2014-03-18] 400 (!) BTC ATMs in Dubai within 2 weeks?
