Binance blocked withdrawal without reason!

Hallo guys. Have your ever been blocked in Binance? How did you manage to solve the problem and restore withdraw function ?
I was using Binance exchange for trading since 2018. I have 2-nd level verification account, with all sagnificant information filled in. 3 weeks ago Binance support banned withdrawal function on my account. As they say, one of my transaction (0,2 btc) looked suspicious.
I searched the internet and noticed, that a lot of people have the same troubles. On this forum, the Reddit, Telegram chats - traders complain about withdrawal ban. What is going on guys? Honestly speaking, all this situation looks like a theft. Can the BinaceAngels be helpful in my situation?
I passed all tests of ID, answered questions and filmed video about my account, but exchange still suspends withdraw my money. It has been a month, since my funds got freezed.

Can anyone help? What else can be done to restore accout functionality?

binance is known as trusted exchange, maybe you broke the rules so you got the problem, my advice contact support, tell me what happened, answer all questions posed correctly and include evidence, You must be able to prove that the 0.2 btc transaction that looks suspicious, you get from a good method.

I tried looking up some samples of what you said about a lot of people having the same troubles as you. You know what I found? "Resolved by Binance Customer Support". Just contact their customer support jeez. I think most of what you actually found is the start of the strict bans implemented by Binance over US users, which could be called "ban" as well, but they have a Binance US exchange solely for US so that fixed everything. Anw, back on topic, Binance didn't do the ban without reason since they clearly stated it. Best bet of yours is like what I said, contact support and prepare your evidence. if they don't reply, just post in reddit or tag them in twitter, someone is bound to answer there.

There's no person can help you here maybe try to look back on what did you do since if there's no suspicious activity happening on your account for sure your withdrawals will became smooth but if you can appeal with those issues maybe you should wait for their feedback since for sure they are doing a close investigation regarding on that matter.

The only thing you can do now is to contact them again and follow up the issue.

I do not believe that the Binance exchange solves such a slow and unprofessional withdrawal. it is possible that your answers and proof of transaction or verification of your KYC are problematic. I recommend being proactive and contacting the admins so they can assist you in the best way possible, because people can now withdraw more than 10 BTC per day but still no problem. or better yet, you should submit more images of your problem on this article, people can support you better.

Binance is one of the most trusted exchanges out there. Shouldn’t have just ban you without any valid reasons. This can get them in trouble legally if they did so. Try contacting them and ask exactly why your withdrawals are not being processed.

Guys, thanks for advices. The only thing, that really scares me is the fact of Binance being able to block your account for any thing, that look suspicious at their point of view. This information can be found in official document Terms & Agreement:

By accessing the Service, you agree that Binance shall have the right to investigate any violation of these Terms, unilaterally determine whether you have violated these Terms, and take actions to apply relevant rules without receiving your consent or giving prior notice to you. Examples of such actions include, but are not limited to:

• freezing your account
• reporting the incident to authorities
• publishing the alleged violations and actions that have been taken
• deleting any information you published that is in violation

I have never experience this kind of problem before, at one point, I was able to withdraw more than 1 btc and transaction were successful.
You should ask the support about this and if they won't respond and you have enough evidence to prove your claim, then it would help the members here so they will be aware if you make a scam accusation regarding them.

I have already made about 40 requests to support, but still no result.  The whole situation is very strange. Btw, do u know any Symbiotics,  that can be helpful? Or is there any ways to contact them?

I still have access to trading instrument, i can replenish my balance, but no withdrawal. So, as you understand, my whole deposit (nearly 30BTC) is blocked. Thats the main problem.

Is their support team asking for information without letting you know the actual reason of your blockage?

Not possible in my experience but if you are saying the truth go to scam accusation section with all the evidence.

They aren't going to be blocking your account without reason, 30BTC is a big amount they might suspect it comes from suspicious wallet that could be the reason. I'm curious if you did contact them in the past 4 weeks and probably post screenshots of their response.

Binance had quarrel to other reputable exchange, there be reason why some are spreading lies about them, what you point out below applies to most exchanges not just binance. Kucoin probably have the same reasons for them to block an account.

Do you have any screenshots of what exactly the ban is about or what you receive during your withdrawal initiation?

While you try to withdraw the amount to your wallet, what exactly does binance respond to the withdrawal? Binance has implemented a security feature for white listing your withdrawal addresses and see to it if you have turned on the feature!

The whitelisting feature can be found in Security -> Address Management -> Whitelist On/Off . If you have turned on this feature and have added a whitelist address, you won't be able to move your coins to other addresses which are being posted by you!

If the above doesn't seem to be your case, as others pointed out above you should post about your situation with sufficient evidences in Scam Accusations board.

What was the source of your BTC deposit? And where the BTC was directed to?
I don't need any of the information I asked above. Just make sure you haven't deposit BTC from Wasabi Wallet or Coin mixer and same for the withdrawal- you aren't sending BTC in wasabi wallet address or any coin mixer.
I had read another article where Binance Singapore has freezed another withdraw who used an address of Wasabi Wallet. That might be another reason.

@op. Post to as many communities as possible until it reaches them or better yet, let them know you're doing it the next time you write to support and as said by some users, you need proofs for this so be sure to include them.

Binance has several different sites for different regions, was it binance.com which blocked you, binance.sg (they blocked someone who was withdrawing to mix coins with wasabi) or a different site?

If a tweet goes quasi-viral, he's known for responding. There was a similar case recently where a Binance Singapore customer had withdrawals frozen. CZ responded, although his response was pretty canned.
