If the market price increases way up higher, people will start adopting bitcoin and will be engage to the cryptocurrency space in which they will surely stay for a long period of times = a good market adoption that will make the price even higher. On the other hand, it can go around in the opposite. With all these news, people might start to adopt bitcoin and invest on it. Still resulting for a huge market price that will make us all benefit in the future.

We have the same hope like them but so far I can't see good condition to start. In this red market only hope can make us stay and developer/ institutions will keep their work to create something new and different but can be use to support financial activity. Government is most institution we need to change public opinion about crypto and accept with wise regulation about crypto. 2020 is so big and people who are here this early and have accumulated enough good coins in their portfolio are lucky to witness all the events that are going to unfold this 2020, I think everything will start after the halving, many more good news are going to come, this is all what we've waited for in two years.

In my opinion, the US government intervention is not going to have a huge impact on the market due to the business realities. Halving will have a huge impact overall on altcoins and BTC price, the bull market is near. Sec and Telegram fight will end with the victory of Telegram, they have passed the minimum legal requirements AFAIK.

Those events mentioned by the OP shows that there are really interesting things happening in the very near future for crypto in general. And most of them have positive impact on crypto. We all hope that those situations will contribute to more adoption of crypto and eventually increase the value of bitcoin.

US intervention will always have a huge impact on the market because a lot of the market is still centralized, and a lot of trade and business on crypto is still based in the US.

Bitcoin itself will win out in the end for sure, but I can't really say the same for everything else. It will get bloody, Bitcoin will win, but altcoins, exchanges, services. Those will face the ax.

only those who bought bitcoin at low prices  ? what the others   ? this halving can surprise everyone and not just those who are buying btc and what you mean will increase its difficulty  ? that is only for the miner's but for others that are only buying , the difficulty is still the same  .

Not only halving as mentioned by OP a lot of great events are going to happen in the Crypto, and this is the most exciting time since the creation of Bitcoin, I predict huge impact is going to happen in the middle of next year after the halving, I just hope many more news will come for the growth of Bitcoin.

Honestly it is hard to predict what will happened next. But I think bitcoin prediction will be more possible to be happened  because all we know that bitcoin has huge possibility to have a good price value when 2020 came. I don't think that bitcoin's price will continue to fall because many investors and users are set their mindset to buy bitcoin in a low price as a long term investment that may cause on it's price growth.

It's more interesting to see the launching of Ethereum 2.0 than Libra. I think Libra is getting now a positive sentiment after they've been delayed and questioned by the US gov't but still it wouldn't make me interested with that coin. It will become another stable coin so there's no need for me to look at it or even at least worried about the market.
