I was keeping tabs on "Roobet.com Creative Competition | .15 BTC in prizes!" and a line ^{[highlighted in red]} from their last contestant ^{[promoted9009]} caught my attention:

• As soon as I read the following line + his/her Newbie status, I knew it's another plagiarized entry...

I haven't participated in that contest but i do hope that does who do the choosing of winners will do thorough screening before announcing the winners to weed out the cheats.

Based on my experience ^{[in regards to similar competitions being run by the respective team members, from outside]} + their current rules, I have a strong feeling that won't be the case ^{[I hope I'm wrong]}...

• Even if they want to completely get rid of those kinds of entries, it's way too hard to spot and find the original sources ^{[video entries]} in comparison to competitions requiring participants to submit an image.

That is just another alt account of some forum members who are trying their luck with multiple entries. There should be a rule that forbids newbies from participating in any such contests or they must have earned some amount of merit to participate. It seems unfair a bit for other newbies but who cares?
