Erroneous BTC payment on ADR USDT

Sent BTC to the address USDT. The address of the teaser belongs to the Bitrix exchange, but the support service refused to help. Tell me is it possible to return your funds?

No, they have the control over your deposit address' private key.
If they said that they wont help you, there no other way.

Unfortunately if you sent it to an address that belongs to an exchange and they possess the private keys to it they are the only ones that can help you.
Depending how big the deposit was they might or, like in your case, might not be willing to help. What reason for not helping did they give you?
