When you hear of cryptocurrency what mostly comes in the mind of people is Bitcoin and that's people that are not all to familiar with cryptocurrency.
In as much as Bitcoin controls a high level of cryptocurrency, altcoins are indispensable.

To my little knowledge on cryptocurrency there are altcoins for a lot of uses, some for medical use, some for advertising, some for gaming and so on. With people having interest in this areas to spread cryptocurrency we can take advantage of this opportunity it doesn't have to be all about Bitcoin all the time.
Though the problem with altcoins is the turn out of the coin after wards and the responsiveness of the owners. But if investors or crypto addicts can engage more in altcoins this will boost altcoins and get more organisers active and spread cryptocurrency more

Indeed, nobody is guilty about it. Confidence in the altcoin market is beginning to reduce and we can easily see it in BTC. Everybody immediately directs to BTC in such cases to keep their investment more robust. So, altcoins do not meet expectations. The projects themselves should take a step in this regard. Otherwise, nobody wants to lose their most valuable thing.

I believe that the promotion of cryptocurrency should occur through bitcoin. Because almost everyone knows about it, and altcoins are new to many. Therefore, it is worth starting training with bitcoin, I believe.

Yes you can indeed prompt crypto currency through altcoin
But you will need altcoin with actual use case and improves the entire society leaving a seeable impact

People creating new coins with many background purpose like medical use, some for advertising, some for gaming and so on just like you said. but the reality is no company is trust cryptocurrency as their payment method, one reason is their customer is not familiar with those altcoin so people won't use it because it will be a waste.

and morething is it is more difficult to use if you have cash for payment why will you use a crypto currency ? you need to buy first in crypto market which is making it more difficult and hard to understand by others, that you know no background in crypto currency.

That isn't true, tho there have been coins and tokens which are *supposed* to be for those kinds of things but none of them were ever used for the purposes for which they were intended.  Part of the reason is the issue of crypto adoption in general, and part of it is that there doesn't need to be a coin for every separate industry.  If people were going to use crypto for gaming, for example, they could use bitcoin easily enough. 

Or they could use one of the thousands of altcoins already on the market.  There isn't a shortage of them.  Just the opposite, in fact.  There are far too many altcoins out there and there isn't anywhere near the demand required to support all of their prices or uses.

Everything is all about money. Tech also has been played a huge part in terms of development but you need to seek funds right? Everyone must realize that developing a platform take some money and effort from some developers. Altcoins will probably a comfort zone for those who are looking a beginners ground. There are several alts and icos being released with quite an impressive whitepaper. The problem here is if the coin will stay true to course. Most of them don't. And there probably won't be an alt that will accomplish that. Bitcoin will always be the posterboy of crypto and that would probably be the case for a very long time. BTC is what most people think fo when you say crypto anyway.

we can not introduce altcoin directly to those who are not familiar with cryptocurrency because it is confusing for them. that is why when we are promoting cryptocurrency, it is all started with bitcoin as a principle and then we can start introducing altcoin to them.
they need a basic to get to know about altcoin, we can not force them to understand altcoin without letting them know about bitcoin. do it step by step, right now there are a lot of people joined and participated in the altcoin project. they were all started it because of bitcoin.

Wrong! You can introduce cryptocurrency with altcoin as much as you introduce cryptocurrency with Bitcoin. In fact, I've seen that introducing cryptocurrency to other people is easier with altcoin. For instance, you have a friend that loves simulator games and you introduce a game that he can play while earning a bit of cryptocurrency (For example, "crypto idle miner" from playstore). That way, he will learn cryptocurrency using an altcoin which from then on we could potentially learn Bitcoin on the way.

Everything starts from how cryptocurrency is introduce and by introducing a game, he could learn more about cryptocurrency while enjoying it.

Why would investors want to engage in what could make them lose their funds, and it's not about getting more people to buy altcoins or to invest in altcoins, would you just invest in an altcoin because they claim it can be used to solve medical problems, problems in the law facilities(judiciary)etc, what you should understand is that is there actually anyone of them that is really solving those issues or are they just dummies claiming to solve problems?, but doing nothing in the end.

No matter how much is preached that people should pay more attention to altcoin, not only bitcoin, they would not until the altcoin market starts working, and for now it is not.

Its very dangerous decision to buy all of your funds with altcoin, i mean you can buy 50% of it in bitcoin why you need to risk it all? We dont know for the next bull run if all altcoin will also follow the thrend we are waiting. Actually we dont if there are bullrun that will happen nextyear only speculation.

Only speculation which doesn't secure your investment. If you are planning to hold it's much better to hold bitcoin or most part of your assets should be on this coin. with a lots of supporters and since halving is really being count as good news to have some big effects to the market.

Do your home work and research everything before putting any amount of investment with your chosen project.

The problem is which altcoin reference should be used? Because altcoin is relatively unstable, only a few that do have stable development.
I'm not talking about the price, but the development is really happening. For now ETH is still a good alternative for it, but all of their goals are at the top of Bitcoin.

maybe eth is the most people who know it, but usually those who know eth are people who already know a little about crypto so it might be difficult to do crypto promotions with altcoin
