You should specify whether you are looking for private profiles or information services. I think one of the most popular are Cointelegraph or Coindesk, but advertisement there for sure is very expensive. Crypto niche has been excessively polluted and spammed over social media platforms like Twitter. People nowadays build huge followings by mass following others and promoting your content over such channels will generate almost zero activity for you.

The only active profiles which may generate results for you on Twitter are either of popular TA Analyst/Traders or Social media pages of popular PR sites like CoinTelegraph. But again the problem is, they either charge very high rates or don't promote sponsored content. In either way, promotion received per unit of money spent is very low.

i remember some good times when we have many good Twitter and Facebook campaigns. just before ICO popularity growing, social media promotions here they were very active, Twitter especially.

But as a project owner you would really risk up to go to that path even you do know that its already polluted yet theres no other place for you to advertise on if you do seek for potential supporter/investors.

Telegram will be a dead end for you. I could only imagine a "promotion" channel from telegram will just be all people looking for free promotions for themselves as well so you literally won't have the result you are looking for. So if you are still willing to go on this free route I think the best thing for you to get exposure is to promote or market your product/service in social media websites where you can get a lot of people, share your posts on related groups for your product and find you will see a lot of people if they are interested or not.

No one service you need. But I can give advice. Advertising on social media like Facebook and Twitter is good, because they have algorithms that help it reach people who are interested. But don't use Telegram, because it's really polluted. There are always telegram service providers, but it doesn't work, because the people there are not interested people, even alt accounts, it is ineffective.

I got a 25k followers Instagram page with much more engagements like 3 million per week but unfortunately, it got deleted/disable for no reason. If you are looking for that kind of private profiles to more your project better add some criteria like it should have the crypto-related audience or there is no point of advertising on their profiles.

It sounds ridiculous. Before they delete your account, they must have a notice that your account has violated any of their terms. And if you did nothing wrong, you can appeal to the executives to do it fairly. Instagram is a really big social network, they are always responsible for what they do. 25k followers is a big number, you should complain to get back your account.

I tried to contact them but never got any response. The only explanation was you may be violated their terms which were general for all the queries regarding account disables.

But its okay to lose them then only we have more free time to do something productive for us not for others.

i know a person who have a crypto related facebook group . You can rent that group and post your project and make a cover photo your own project. I dont know about the pricr are you willinh to pay in ETH or BTC ? I will ask them if you are interested.

Yes and I think there's a timespan for that promotion which is expensive for start ups so best thing to do is to try the campaigns here since it will cost less with great visibility around the globe but if he can afford that well that would be better since he can gather more traffic's if he do both of that options.

There will not be a result as expected if you want to organize a social media campaign here. Because most of the people involved were bounty hunters, I have been working on this forum for a long time and I am sure it will not work well. There are many ways for someone to gain a large following, but those aren't the people who really care about cryptocurrencies. As a result, your campaign will target people who are not interested in your project. My advice is looking for the major media that are really interested in promoting your project, it's the best way, they can guarantee the quality of the money you paid, although it will be a bit more expensive

I think you can run an announcement in the services section and list your qualifications there on who can apply to promote your site. Or you can hire a campaign manager to lessen your burden on looking for the qualified users here to help you launch your site that way your email will not be swamped with thousands of applicants that are unqualified.
