Secret Santa - Ideas for Xmas Gifts

Hello guys. As Christmas holiday is coming we have planned to do an exchange of small gifts to my workplace.
I am stuck and I don't have good ideas for gifts, so I came here to ask for help! What do you thing are some of the coolest gifts to be exchanged in a software company?

The budget is around $30.

I hope this thread is going to help others, which have the same problem as I do!

Chocolates will be the gift if you are going to spend $30 for all your coworkers, or if you want to buy for only one special person choose the gift based on their gender if the person is female buying clothes,cosmetics,chocolates will be good.

For a male buy any electronic gadget.

do you have idea of whom you will going to give?or that is random choice?if you have idea aboutt he person then better back ground check if what he likes the most so the idea will come to you.
and if this is random exchange gift then maybe portable coffee maker will be good,with your budget i think that is enough for cheapest price.i t is unisex so appropriate for men  and women.

I'd stick with a nice decorated cup/ mug. Very safe and only costs less than 5 bucks! This is one which I have

I think that the tradition for Secret Santa is to have an idea of whom the gift is going to go.
However, some coworkers had a smart idea to make it random for more fun!

Well, if that's the case we've to exclude foods or edibles since everyone has their own preferences and allergies are no joke.

Well, I thought of cookies and soda bottles. You should buy a lot, it can be enough for 10 people for $ 30

In our country $30 is around 1500 php, its a good amount already to buy a gift.

As a female I'd like to receive a clothes and make up set.

For male I think watch or shoes would be a good options.

yeah that is what the company tend to do now,to make it anonymous for more excitement and thrilling .

well MUG has been a gift for long years now and only those collectors that appreciating that(IMO because thats what i felt whenever i received a Mug)

Powerback is also good but most of us now already  has one,and it is normal for every individual now to have a powerbank so i think try to figure out which is will be more appreciating that those 2.

but of course this is only my opinion guys,no personal attached
