I think so too, the project developer certainly if choosing the best path will not sell all the coins they hold. because in the future it will require development costs, and those costs will certainly cost a lot of funds. and I hope Ethereum 2.0 if released will be better, and hope the funds saved by Vitalik can be used wisely as the development of this ETH 2.0 release.

Yes, I personally think that Vitalik still has a lot of ETH coins that were not yet sold. and of course the founder or creator always has more coins than other investors. it is possible that ETH sales at that time were only half of the total personal ETH. I don't know why eth does not perform that well over the long term. The price is very low right now. Scary low. $1432 was insanely high I wish a traded for usd coin or some stable coin during that time.
Eth is needed for every other token to work so that is why I don't understand why it is not worth more. Other tokens and coins just work for themselves but eth is used for every single token. Eth is also a great currency for paying for things. So fast and easy to use.

Earlier or later Ethereum 2.0 will launch with proof of staking instead mining rewards. That time also left problem like if there has no limit to release token by Vitalik. After another hard fork and Ethereum 2.0 launch of course Ethereum price will run. Assuming price will overcome 1.4K after the next year when full market will be 1 trillion as USA system.
