sorry OP but i think i need to open this up,hindi ko naman sinasabing mangyayari dahil alam ko naman na mga Pinoy now dito sa local ay fair and hindi mandaraya.pero katulad ng favorite thread ko kay @cabalism13 na "WHAT IF"

what if merong malapit na sa Hula nya at para makadikit or makuha nya ang exact merit eh "bigyan ka nya ng merit before January 1?or some friends nya na makisuyo na bigyan ka ng merit since magaganda ang post history mo at madaling mabigyan ng merits?sorry sa word pero pwedeng ma "Manipulate" ang napakasayang event mo OP.

p.s. i am not pointing this para sirain ang essence ng Contest kundi para Gumawa ng another rules or ano mang paraan para ma prevent itong mangyari.

This is what I subtly pointed out in my post above you. OP could actually insert a fair rule though, like *merit sent by the contestant from the moment of his prediction up to the cut-off hour will not be included in the count.

Probably OP actually designed this specifically to have the contestants play with their merit powers as this will benefit (in terms of merit) no other than himself. But this is not gonna be fair to all those who lack the sendable merits. Cabalism13, for example, can also make his prediction win as he has the most merit a local forum member can give due to his position as a merit source.

but like what i have mentioned in highlighted sentence hindi man Literal na Participants sa contest pero pwede ding Kaibigan or pwede ding "Alts" ang magbigay just to make the prediction appears exact or near.i am not accusing anyone to have alts but the chances are?medyo merong pwedeng manipulasyon ang mangyari.hindi ako mapagisip ng masama sa kapwa pero ayaw ko din nang merong hindi fair sa isang game or event that is why i am opening this para makita ng lahat ang mga posibilidad.
