Scammers are very heartless, once they get a lot of money from investors, then their projects are left and abandoned. Scammer can do everything but never those can be real project. For reputation any project can't accept any partnership with scammers and top exchange won't support. Scammers are evolving as a smart people, they can create good projects to lure the investors and majority of them are successful for their goal to scam others. I agree with your opinion that scammers are smart people because they have proven capable of deceiving many investors who have invested in scam projects. if scammers are not smart people then what they want to do will be very easy to see and know about the plans they want to commit fraud against investors because investors also have a lot of smart people.
