Lol, everyone is thinking "why did the classic one ended for this to start" because luckybit was lacking marketing like hell, I mean it was so active and so much online that it could potentially be one of the most online casinos in crypto for the past 6 years but nobody realized . Like seriously when this new version came out people assumed the old one was closed and you just reopened all due to fact that old one was not remembered by anyone since there was no marketing effort going for it.

I hope this time everything will be different and you guys will have time to keep doing good marketing, I suggest signature campaigns, competitions, promotions and bonuses, those are the most common ones that casinos have in the crypto world from what I can see on other casinos.

I had used signatures with reff only and trust me they don't help much and don't generate much traffic either.

How about trying to hit the new big payout as now we can try to hit x9999, maybe you will have more luck when trying it compared to when you try to hit x999 I've tried hundreds bets when it is still in beta and my best was hitting x330 (the next to x9999). Would be nice to be the first to hit x9999 (afaik no one hit it yet so far) unless I miss the news about it.

actually lower multi's are easier to hit than on higher multi's based on thier win chance  but it still up to the players luck and his seed's   .

 some can hit higher multi's easily while they are having a hard time to hit lower multi's  .  if no one hit 9900x yet then it would be great if your the first one to hit it , it just gives a different feeling and you wont know what if they prepare something special for those who it it first   .

It's 9999x on grey line. You won't get anything unless your bet is huge enough to make your name on their hall of fame as the biggest won hit on that line.

Will there be something more than just the design and feature type of improvements for the new version of the website?

You guys got a whole new rebranding but looking at the website I don't see any new games for example, as a casino you should focus on getting new games because most of the other places that started back when you did are building on top of the dice game they have (I know yours is plinko, so maybe add dice?) and adding other stuff on top of it as well.

The most common games right now are probably dice and that crash game, some sort of mine sweep is getting a bit more attention as well and of course roullette. I am not saying adding exactly those would help but I am 99% sure adding any new game on top of the plinko you have couldn't possibly hurt you.

I remember seeing a thread for this casino before but may I ask why was it necessary for rebranding? Usually, just by answering simple questions like this may be quite beneficial as it will help you identify areas you need improving from the start.
