Adding more coins will absolutely attract more players based on which coins gamblers prefer to use. I prefer to gamble with bitcoin and ethereum only depending on my situation but I wouldn't mind seeing a ton more coins just for the sake of the casino itself. What one must not forget here is that the support of further Altcoins costs the casino money:

• The chain connection has to be implemented and maintained, which is very expensive because you need developers to do this - or pay services which offer a payment gateway for you
• The casino itself must have a higher stack of supported Altcoins to be able to make Withdrawals at any time
• ...

This is not something that is offered "just so quickly", such integrations must be planned and carried out cleanly.
And all this for the fact that then only a handful of users take advantage of the opportunity to deposit Altcoins. So I understand that casinos want to offer rather few coins!

That's true Lakai01 The implementation to add more coins (Nodes to the server) is complex and has a high cost on the server-side.

The best option now is to let the users swap their alts and buy bitcoin with them to play on the casino, isn't hard at all, it takes some minutes but that should work.

And if LB adds only another altcoin like ETH, then the LTC users will complain, so, is complex to know what altcoins add.

Of course any additions on the casino costs some money, but it should be taken as an investment for long term goal of profit. I do believe adding altcoin will give them more profit for long term. I cant say that it is a complain if there are only few added coins, I will say it as suggestion to add more coins. It is a common thing imho, any sites should welcome for any suggestion. Just like this case to add more coins, it is a suggestion not a complain. Decision is yours absolutely. No offenses, but what you have just said means like that Luckybit do not want to accept suggestion and/or complain.
