I cant say that it is a complain if there are only few added coins, I will say it as suggestion to add more coins. It is a common thing imho, any sites should welcome for any suggestion. Of course any additions on the casino costs some money, but it should be taken as an investment for long term goal of profit. I do believe adding altcoin will give them more profit for long term. Lets take a look at some big sites that offer other popular coins, there are many gambler who are playing with the altcoins regularly and there are also some whales gambler on each altcoin.

Ultimately, an online casino like Luckyb.it is a business that needs to make money to survive. Investments such as the support of new coins must therefore be worthwhile at the end of the day for the company, otherwise they make a loss.

So if the integration of say Nano costs 10k dollars, but only a handful of people use it, then it definitely doesn't pay off for Luckyb.it. For more common coins with very low transaction costs like Cardano, that's a different issue. Here the integration of Cardanos blockchain costs just as much, but due to the further distribution and the level of awareness it is also an advertising effect that is achieved with the integration.

Luckyb.it could, for example, conduct a survey among existing users to find out which coins they would like to have integrated and how likely it would be that the users would use the coins. That way you at least get a feeling for which coins are actually used by the players on the platform.

I know it very well as you have been in the industry since long time ago so it does not make senses if you do not welcome to feedback , just my opinion about what is said by seincorporation which sounds like that you are worrying about complain. Giving suggestion like adding more coins/tokens is stup*d idea, before someone suggested it to a site, the owner/admin of that site must be already thought about that even long time ago before they decided to launch the site. Idk why people always suggested that, it's like they think add more coins/tokens is easy thing to do which actually the truth it isn't that easy.

You have overall and session statistics, you have a profile and a hub and also session statistics / record of bets while playing or chatting.

While mobile version isn't yet fully optimized it works fairly better than in the past, and there's always a tweek being done.
