That's pretty wrong review, I'm not the one to review it but it even says we don't have live chat and support when there's a mod on 24/7.

It states explicitly one can get in touch with a moderator via chat lobby but there is no standalone chat support - how is that wrong?

You can always use private messaging with the mod, not sure where it fall's expectations for support, the withdrawals are free.
I'm not the one to read this nor to say anything just couldn't not observe it, there are perhaps other things, feedback is most welcome.

Hello Juggy777, the date on the board isn't a mistake, this jackpot race isn't like the past ones, this will have more time to let the users wager 100 btc. You can see that information in the term and conditions of the event:

true but if you are having trouble opening Luckybit with your local IP, there is always the option to get a VPN or use TOR. Remember how your location is based on your IP.

Thanks.  And i often do use VPN but also careful as I was refused payout by one casino due to the fact that I was using VPN.    Good to know it's accepted by luckyb.it though.  Maybe i'll be back. 

Luckybit would never hold the customer's money for a reason like that, because LB likes to see their users winning, the only reason for freezing the users balance it's if a user is abusing the system and the promotions. If someone opens 10 accounts to claim the bonus and the promotions then is considered abuse and LB with block those accounts.

to make clear right it's allowed to use VPN to bypass the luckyb.it and won't make your account locked and banned? if that's the case then it's really good for some users that's been prohibited to use the platform.
