Everyone can bet for teams that they want without further analysis but this can only happen if you intend to bet and is okay with whatever outcome you are about to have or at least expect that you can lose with that bet.

Dice indeed. It's easy, not much technicalities, plus you can play it a lot of times in a single day very quickly. As for card games, since OP didn't specify one, I'd give mine as Blackjack. pretty fun game. Even though you just sit there and pray that your guess is right, it's kinda fun using my brain cells even though I know it's completely useless. Other than those, I'd say that roulette could be pretty fun as well. It's kinda like dice but with a bit of twist in it. Although it is a lot harder to win in roulette than dice.

Dude, just because it's easy to BET doesn't mean it's easy. Sportsbetting is probably where the house wins even more because people bet with emotions and nostalgia and always on their favorites, but not what mathematics says is likely.

Yea, you can see on gambling section how many dice sites listed on there until now. They are still alive since there are lot of people playing on there, which is people are interested with this kind of game.
But among these 2 games, actually there are more people who interested in sport games (mostly soccer/football). They think they can do some analysis without relying on luck to bet on sport games.

Card games can be any games where you play using cards. Blackjack, videopoker, baccarat, HiLo (like the one on stake) can be considered as card games.
Favorite games is obvioulsy subjective thing, people have their own favorite games. There should be valid researches to know which games that are the most played one compared to other games.

About people like maybe i will agree, but not too much effort in games like card games maybe not. I think card games almost like sportsbetting, beside luck we can use our skill to help we win the game. Not only technical skill, something like mental skill not get affected by our opponents, or maybe can disturb opponent's focus in card game will be good to do too.
