The 50p Brexit coin has resurfaced.

The Royal Mint has announced that it will be releasing a reminted 50p coin in January.  There won't be any stars on it though. I always felt that the EU flag was very apt - a load of stars running round in a circle, and getting nowhere.

sadly no one in europe trusts or gives a damn about the british mint oligarchy, you are losers and the only thing you know about the economy is about how to enrich your oligarchs, and exploit foreigners.

Update! The 50p coin has now been sold, in exchange for a bag of magic Brexit beans. If there's one thing guaranteed to ensure a strong economy, it's magic beans.
Fight them on the beaches! Restore the British Empire! Why is no-one listening? It's almost as if the UK is a small, unimportant country that is working hard to ensure its own irrelevance on the world stage... but that couldn't be true, surely?

Well the issue about Brexit has presented itself yet again in this thread.

People think that Britian wants to restore their empire or that they want to do everything by themselves now -- with no international help in the least. That's just not true, and not going to happen. Britain/UK wants to be able to negotiate by themselves without the EU deciding everything about their country for them.

They don't want to have to take on tons and tons of migrants -- who they're unable to care for -- without their own government approving such action.

They're still going to strike up trade deals with other countries and use the WTO's guidelines for trade. This isn't like they're going to back to the times where they're just focused on mercantilism.

I don't think forced repatritions to the point of a country going into a depression go on par with forcing a country to take on migrants.

Then again, if you don't want to be apart of an international community like the EU -- vote to leave and move on. There's no reason to not at that point.;
