I have been working on something interesting for 2 years now (A bitcoin Marketplace), and my personal experience over the years have enabled me to finally achieve what I wanted. The aim was to come up with a system that can help anyone make 100% ROI over (10% to 50% MAX) of his initial investment (sounds crazy I know)... it is not a scheme... ITS A MARKETPLACE, so it involves buying and selling!

 Am looking for a partner who would be interested in running the market with me, it can run on TOR nodes and clear net at the sametime. I prefer someone with experience like mine but not necessarily. Everything is done/coded, up and running but on final stages. You would come in as an investor/partner..... Much is already done (launching state), I need someone who can just help me put all these out there and help running it!!

It depends on individuals. The scheme literally gives the users ability to acquire items/services at 10% to 50% MAX of the normal market price. They have their own wallet system dashboard... with auto and semi-auto withdrawal queries. they can also resell on the platform if they want to.

As i said earlier it would be good if you state on how much money you do need? To tell you frankly, its really hard to find someone who would fund up
unless if they do saw the project is exceptional.

Please provide more details as this looks very fishy at this point. What areas do you expect your partner to cover? Do you need a single person, or a team? Who else in involved in this?

Probably create a whitepaper for the project? A simple one could do, one that introduces the basics of the project and it's possible returns and losses. Don't forget the possible disadvantages it provides as well as its advantages, plus a somehow similar wanted poster in the last part that states what you actually need. Whether it be a team or a single person, what qualifications are needed and what is the information that you would need from the person/s you would team up with. Plus, I'd suggest a plan where they could at least see proofs about the 10-50% returns you are currently saying, since words are easy to say/type, but isn't that easy to perform at times.

Who will fall for this? lol he did not even show any title of the project, would you invest on "GAME CHANGER BTC MARKET PLACE" I do not intend to make an offensive statement but I can smell where is this going. 10% to 50% profit? until when? 10 to 50 years also?  your project description is already looks like a scam, really, this is scheme is old and rough. What makes it more uninteresting because of your forum rank, at least make an effort like buying a copper membership to introduce your proposal.

I smell the same but it is never bad to ask the details. Probably he has a great idea and want to make his dream comes true. If he an explain the details and it is not a scam, or a bad action then why not?

Yeah, he invite but did not provide a clear proposal about the project to be built. I'm also a little suspicious of @OP, even I still don't understand how the @OP project can run and get that much ROI.

I think the members here are already good at judging things like this.

If you have been at it for 2 years and it is a system that according to you generates 100% X time returns, wouldn't it have been easier for you to have a lot of money at this time of year? Who wouldn't have much money if they had such a system to use for 2 years? Another point is that you avoid at all costs by not revealing the time for people to reach that return and also avoid talking about how much money you need.

You understand enough of it to question the nature of this market place.

In most cases, people who are about to launch their own market place don't talk about ROI or allowing you to make money. They focus on how to market themselves, attract traffic, compete with other market place sites, etc. The reality is that the profit margins of existing market place sites are so tiny, that there is barely anything to gain for investors.

My personal opinion is that a market place site should be simple without too many bells and whistles. Plenty enough options to choose from nowadays.
