These number cant really be compared wayback in 2017 where ICO is booming up like mushrooms and some of them do really give out some unimaginable amounts of profits into its
participants wayback.If we do try to compare the number then i dont see of it to equal yet there were already lots of scam projects floating around and do keeps failing yet
investors are already way too wise enough to avoid these stuffs but i do still see several projects that do launch out in spite of the current situation or image of project launching nowadays.

Nope. The number of ICO projects have been decreased for now since people aren't too interested to join in them again. When 2018 was the time ICO poped up so crazy with huge reward but most of them only scam projects. It was very different what happened in 2017, where there were only few projects but almost all if that ended with good result

It is not true at all. In fact the number of crypto projects are not growing; they are moving to the opposite direction. The number of crypto projects are decreasing. The reason for this is the widespread failure of crypto projects. Many have come before them and most of them failed. This is the reason why the number of rising new crypto projects are now fewer compared to a few years ago.

yes they are still increasing but the number of good projects were only decreased   . what mostly pop up right now are only low quality projects and if you got badluck you will catch a bad one that arent paying  . if we can only say that scammers are increasing daily yes they are   . they are increase in a rapid growth expecially that cryptos right now are down because people tends to look forward on other income potential and these is where scammers use this oppurtunity to catch thier prey  .

Depends on the person who is saying it. They could increase in number or decrease in number, but these are just numbers. As they describe quantity and not quality. These altcoin projects have some idea in mind or just vaporware. Either way they are not going become the next bitcoin - if anyone is telling you that then they are going to scam you one day before they build their trust, confidence scam.

99% of the ICO/IEO/ Initial Blah blah offering is worthless.

If you are looking to invest money, go for bitcoin first and then if you feel like taking a risk, try the top 10 altcoins except the forked coins and USDT.

Indeed crypto continues to increase every day even many have adopted crypto as a means of payment or other transactions.
But in new projects there are always failures and that is mostly low quality and even lead to scamer, so the development continues rapidly but scamer is still rampant and I am sure in the future the whole world will get to know more about crypto and this will be recognized by the state as well.

No they are not increasing, new projects are getting smaller monthly and if we have to separate the scam ones we will be left with one or two legit projects, it's a good thing indeed because we only need innovative from now on

They are increasing? I thought that they were declining in numbers because of many projects tend to fail. But if that's what you think, how they're increasing? As you can see, it's still shown that many of them are playing their parts with the bounty you may not know how many of them are going to pay the people they hired. It's on me that I really think they are decreasing. And as for your rank, you are into twitter campaigns which I think is still everywhere that's why you have thought that they're increasing.

Most new bounties are rubbish projects looking for money or people to prey on, as a bounty hunter it's your duty to do tough research on the projects before promoting them, to me good projects are not many, I always expect 3 to 5 good new projects in a year

You shouldn't base on the numbers since it could deceive you and maybe the best thing to do is to find on which one of them is good since the scenario is so different compare on the year 2017 where almost all of the project is paying unlike today where almost all of them is not paying even if  there are tons of them coming today.

But anyways keep looking ahead since might you gonna see a good project will good a good benefits to their participants.

right, but i'm no longer looking for more information about this because a market that continues to weaken may be a reason for me not being interested in following further or anything else. projects will indeed continue to emerge whenever it is but when the market is in a bad condition then it is also like a mistake for the project because it will be difficult to grow better in a short time

The truth is that cryptocurrency projects don't require so much for setting up, there's barely any regulation necessary for establishing a cryptocurrency project, that explains why any Duke and Harry can set up a project and after few months of operation abandon the project for another one.

You are right about that. Even though there were something called STO, they are not really security tokens and neither does the SEC approve of them. Thus making the new name of ICO>STO completely redundant.

Anyway those didnt stand for long before IEO another rebranding of the ICO came into existance but the same problem of non-regulation is still there. No wonder people get happy because they are listed already but do they have any trading volume? No. Just the bounty hunters dumping their coins.

These will continue for long till any proper regulation is done at which point Initial offering will become once year thing.

There are still new projects, meaning the bounty hunter can still participate in the project even though only a few new projects appear every week. We just need to choose which projects are roughly good, that is what must be followed, if not good, just ignore them. In 2019 the bounty in my opinion has not increased, I have not received a good payment from new project this in 2019.

It's indeed increasing and getting rubbish and I won't be surprise if investors don't trust it anymore. While icos will never be the same as 2017.

I don't think so like the damage of icos is too wide that it can't save even the market already improve. Likely, potential projects wouldn't be conducting bounties.

Like mushrooms after rain, the new projects occupy the Annoucnemtns board of forum. From the investment perspective, the new projects don't worth to invest in but testing it with a small amount wouldn't be a big deal. Finally, 2019 is approaching the deadline for the bear market for the current year, the next year will bring good news for the crypto industry.
