August Recap — CTSI Macroeconomy and Korean Expansion

This month the Cartesi team expanded into a new international market, revived a long-awaited Creepts tournament, revealed new details on the innovative CTSI macroeconomic staking system and forged a new partnership.

The CTSI Macroeconomy

In Q4 2020, the Cartesi team will release CTSI mining on Mainnet Ethereum. Mining becomes possible when the reference node operator software is stable and ready for distribution. The first version of the node operator will be a partial implementation of the Cartesi Side Chain that includes a functional PoS lottery system and the automatic gradual distribution of tokens from the mine reserve.

July Monthly Report — Ecosystem Expansion

This month the Cartesi team vigorously focused on expanding its global footprint and making CTSI available in a variety of regional and decentralized exchanges.

The team progressively expanded CTSI’s market with a listing on two major Ethereum decentralized exchanges. CTSI underwent an IDEX Listing and Uniswap Listing, where users can easily acquire CTSI by trading Ethereum through either platform.

You already have technical experts on your team so it is not that hard to sell the platform to private investors. But may I ask, are all those partners & supporters listed on your website providing financial funds to your project or they have different contributions to this project?

Was looking through the whitepaper and i must confess i could hardly comprehend what was written on it because of its advance terminology, lots of mathematical terms that are not easy to digest, and the dev teams looks very capable, very different kind of project,  will be following this for more update.

And as I have seen in CARTESI Medium there have been many meetings that the meaning of this project is serious and I like it when the developer is published.

i'll try to answer your question... as i know and according to their telegram group, they won't use ethereum blockchain but they will build their own blockchain. that's why you don't see ethereum wallet in a spreadsheet.

After hearing the answer from you it seems that this project is very fun, if you don't use the ethereum blockchain then in my opinion this will be more, making your own blockchain is a good thing and it will be their control and mainnet maybe they will release it soon.

I thought TemTum white paper was very complicated and full of standard term that not very many people could understand, this Cartesi white paper is also similar in that aspect, and from the look of things it seems a very different project with new and unique idea, it is worth to keep an eye on, i hope they can deliver and make the project more deserving of investors.

I'm a Linux user myself but hardly understand what they meant in their whitepaper but basically this is just a platform like TRON and ETHEREUM. Not really sure the difference between since most of the servers today are actually running Unix systems itself from redhat to CentOS. TRON and ETH are sure running their contracts on Linux servers as well.

I would actually beleive its more decentralize if they are releasing a Distro itself and from there a user has to run the linux system to be part of the network. That would make it decentralize and run node for the network.

The community program is not supposed to be enormous and yes the allocations were set forth to keep the integrity of the project as a whole. Despite the popular opinion, a lot of user's are still manipulating community campaigns with puppet accounts or low-quality engagement. Bubbalex is excellent at spotting these users, but many can circumvent any screening process.

We'll take another look and add some restrictions so that user's feel they are more awarded for their efforts, but ideally, it was never intended to be a fully-fledged campaign. We have more efforts that will be done along the way, for users to become awarded for their actions.
