Will there be an increase on the bounty pool? Cause it seems too low.

After bounty end you will be required to confirm your participation and submit your email (same as in bounty) on website
https://cartesi.io/. This is to get wallet addresses for distribution. Distribution will happens after Cartesi’s mainnet and wallets are available, it's not available yet.
