Beware of PayGlobel it's a big Scam!
Please don't use this service (payglobel.com) for any purposes.
On 07/12/2019 I was looking for an Exchanger site to transfer currency ($23 US) from my PayPal to my Skrill account [...] I used PayGlobel which promised an instant payment... Till now I haven't received anything.
I have sent several emails, always same answers, the customer chat doesn't work at all.

So most likely, your funds are gone. So next time you can used the search function of this forum or ask around, I'm sure the community members are willing to help you. But at this point, you can't do anything about it, just another expensive lesson to learnt in cryptosphere.
