Ethereum Much WOW?!?!

I've recently read where the beginning of the New Year will also bring an Ethereum Hard Fork which will in turn increase inflation by a monumental 20%!!! What in terms of price and overall well being of Ether and it's future will this decision make? Any thoughts, comments and speculations are as usual, more than welcome. Thanks and a Happy Holidays.

We are waiting for another two hard fork in next year Muir Glacier and Berlin as some new so much can Ethereum pump. In 1 year Ethereum 2.0 will launch in crypto world. Block reward was down 3 to 2 ETH after this year hardfork then price move. If Ethereum 2.0 launch in next year price could be more good than before

It's interesting because ETH price movement over the past few days have actually outperformed bitcoin in general, which isn't exactly what you'd expect if we are indeed headed for some catastrophic hard fork.

I think that the market's outlook for this hard fork is still overall quite positive. Especially with the expectations heading into 2020 that developments are going to be a lot more positive in the cryptospace in general, I do think that it is quite reasonable to expect ETH to have a wave of resurgence from the previous lows of this year.

Of course, that is given that the hard fork goes smoothly, which is not always a given.

ETH been a good alt to hold for long, even it face some problem many project still adopts it's platform as it's easy to use and have better features than other platforms. This hard fork and some said ETH 2.0 version if executed well can help bring back investors who already lose their hope in ETH.

Ethereum will upgrade their system on second of January where many exchange have close awhile for deposit and withdraw ethereum assets in your exchange, you not available for withdraw your ethereum in binance exchange wallet because they received for update become ethereum 2.0 and close moment for withdrawing and depositing.

Even if the ETH hark fork is successful, I think it is difficult for ETH to recover ATH like it was in 2018. The current market is not like the old days and it becomes much harder, We can never see the same powerful pump dump like before. In addition, the CEO of ETH also sold most of ETH in 2018 so there is no reason why the price could go too high.

I really do hope this happens. I don't hold much ETH but it saddens me whenever I see its rate on Binance. ETH has been my top 2 ever since and seeing it under $200 is really a pity. I'm still cheering for ETH to get back to its glory though.

[/quote inflationary ? I think we should only use the term rising price now, not "Inflation". Because it's not a payable currency in many places, it's just a digital asset.
When it comes to hard forks, this really isn't that important anymore. People are waiting for more ethereum 2.0 events. because then more people will buy ETH and do staking. You know, PoS is really a perfect upgrade version of PoW, the world no longer has to spend a lot of power on mining crypto anymore.

ethereum does have a very good platform but for the development of the price I think it is still very difficult to go up because currently the supply of ethereum which still has no limits and is not proportional to demand will have a direct impact on the ethereum price problem.

what your doing is good . indeed that is the best way to do now and aside from hodling but why cant you buy more eth this time  ? eth is still available for purchase right ? so grab the chance because you wont know that one day what if the public sale of eth will close in preparation for its new update which was eth 2.0

But there is something better that will come up. Ethereum had never failed in that section.
There is said to be a staking that will happen.
So instead of people being a scared cat they will have the courage to buy more in a cheap price. That is now!!

Staking works more for those who hoard more. This is going to be free money for everyone with just a basic computer.

It is still a question of how much fluctuation it could give with Ethereum 2.0.

There are still supporters for this coin and in fact we could still see it with its ranking.

No occurrence of a hard fork against Ethereum could be due to their internal problems or they are busy in building improvements to ethereum 2.0, because the development of ethereum is very good and deserves to be owned by everyone, not just investors.

Its inevitable that eth will raise a lot of topic these days. I know all are excited and expecting I think that eth can go back to a good price like what happened on 2017 but the transfer of blockchain isn't easy and lots of factor needed to prepare for this. Inflation is always a problem but if the good effect of the upcoming hardfork will be more beneficial and will have a better effect than the inflation then we can ignore this 20% inflation and enjoy the benefits of the upcoming hardfork.  If that so it is very possible that we can see a major recovery on ETH price.
