www.bwcmarket.com want to improve site and get first vendors

Hi guys,

Im openning a discussion about multivendor marketplace https://www.bwcmarket.com which i just recently opened.
I would like to make it user friendly as much as possible, so right now im looking for any usefull suggestions and advices.
Looks like many people from all over the world are just checking the site and im really not sure why they just leave.
Maybe its looks too empty...I like to surf the pages without ads blinking into my face.
Im also aware that im currently having chicken and egg problem with future vendors and buyers, so i woul like to solve this issue asap.
Why do you think noone registers for free membership? Is it a marketing? Im going to launch huge marketing campaigns before new year!

I checked it out, the UI seems decent, modern, and sleek, so theres that
i searched "GPU" and nothing came up, thats discouraging : /          casting my net wider, i clicked "audio and video"     same result, no matches found
maybe it LOOKS like the site is empty?   after trying those two things and getting no results thats my opinion
ill bookmark this and see how it grows in time.  Good Luck!

If it's a new marketplace don't think that it will be a click quickly. Those visitors are interested because they've lurked to your website but that doesn't mean that they are willing to take risk for such a new marketplace which doesn't have a lot of potential customers.

You are starting and it's always the hardest part, the beginning. I've seen your marketplace and there's two words that I've seen in wrong spelling that you should change to make it look more professional just like these words:

- Totaly Awsome

Your website isn't free? how can you compete to the other marketplaces where they offer it for free and they're also famous?

From a customer's point of view, I will really be hesitant to use a new marketplace wherein no proof that it's legit and been used by some. So yeah, the beginning is the hardest part so you better be working smart, not just hard to get clients. You can hire some well experience marketing people and of course SEO experts so your site is ranking on google search.

Anyway, what marketing strategy you cooking up?

1. I totaly agree with you, but... There is one thing i cant really understand and maybe i should pop this thing on the site itself:

- There is a free plan, where there is nothing to loose really.
- I have integrated payment gateways in a way that nothing goes directly to my wallets, except commissions. Vendors can withdraw funds at any time.
- Every buyer has a chance to use well known EXTERNAL escrow service + 2nd one is comming soon.

2. Im going to launch 2 large marketing campaigns on some of biggest marketing players in crypto world soon.

3. I was surprised when I recieved an interesting message about possible investors

Side project? I thought that you're putting too much effort on this website because the design is good but the customers and vendors, honestly you have to earn them throughout the time and it will not come by instant so you need more patience if you want this marketplace to succeed.

You need to expand your network and do marketing or advertising to make this visible to sellers and give them awareness that your website is existing. You just have to answer why you're marketplace is a must try new marketplace.

Okay then, I've told you what I think about your marketplace and the suggestions that I have on my mind for starting out a marketplace. You sure are aware of the competition and work hard for it so that traffic will come including the vendors and sellers.
