10 Best performing cryptos of 2019,what have you played?

Since the start of 2019, the crypto market has been on the receiving end of an insane amount of financial volatility.Recently the media listed some cryptocurrencies that have maintained a good financial status throughout the year, but not named Bitcoin.

They are ETH, EOS, BNB, BFT, XTZ, XNX, BCH, ATOM, LTC, BAT.

Do you agree this list or any other additions?

Based on various factors there might be different classification on the best cryptocurrency for the year 2019. For me bitcoin is always the best and that mentioned in the list provided with a gradual growth without much large scale dip in the price. From my experience my portfolio is entirely different from these assets holding and 2019 is that good as I expected.

it is a good list of some of the crypto above which have also been listed in my portfolio, I want to add one of them is TOMOCHAIN, I think this TOMOCHAIN project is worth seeing by many people, but I don't recommend anyone investing in this project, please see more of this TOMOCHAIN project

Really 2019 not much favor to crypto market because from 2019 from beginning itself all Altcoins really performed badly it shows those coins are still under 60%down and still struggling to get back but it all depends on bitcoin price. It is also downside around 30 - 40% this year but now it is  performing better from last few days.. So, my expectation is very big in coming years so what u have said those coins will be going to perform really good. It's best time to hold that or buy some more.

Price of all these coins are tightly coupled with bitcoin. Its now getting clear with each passing day that its very hard for altcoins to have there own upward run. Thats why people are restricting them to bitcoin only or may be few strong altcoins like Eth, LTC. I have also shifted major portion of my portfolio to bitcoin.

Supposedly as 2018 dump hard but it seems 2019 got even more dump. Altcoins are just following the trend of bitcoin while the worst part is that it even dump more. However, the 3rd and 4th quarter of 2017 is definitely a bull run for mostly of the top cryptos.

Hopefully, halving could bring us prosperous 2020.

I think even in 2019 Bitcoin is the best investment of all the above. There are high risks involved in other alts around for sure, one can argue some of them give good profits and are a stable enough to compete Bitcoins but that is always countered by its global usage in the world.

Ethereum is the best cryptocurrency that I played in this current year. When the Ethereum got crashed last february where its price is at around $100, I bought bag of them. These kind of crashed is the perfect opportunity to buy ethereum as much as we can. I manage to sell it at around June where its price became $330 per each. It gave me 200% plus profit in these kind of strategy. There are many momentum cryptocurrency in the year 2019 and many traders see that kind of opportunity.

Most of them too are a good investment option for 2020. Probably not LTC as it's rise was boosted by the halving. And bitcoin too is having a halving in 2nd quarter of 2020, so it could be the best performing in that time period. Etherum is going to try new things in 2020 and they are limiting the generation through POS, a limited generation might make it more usable than other limited supply coins.

Just an example how volatile even when the token had been supported by a lot of users here in the forum, its still going to be dumped since the early investors got it for less than $1 compare to the new investors coming into the market.  It did perform well in the first months but was dumped eventually since investors are now expecting its ETH2.0 I guess them dumping ETH is a chance for new investors to also join them staking by next year.

One coin that is very much interesting is the Chainlink (LINK) which has been also going up just like the Huobi Token(HT) competing BNB.

Although ethereum become most experience altcoin I think have expired for investing with ETH, after dump under $200 eth never raise with higher price, no have stronger reason why have to buy ethereum because more than three months ago ethereum always dump and have lower price, better looking with new coin listing on bigger market to get profit with investing.

I was a little surprised because in your list there are BAT and BCH ... there are actually many better altcoins and are more active than these two altcoins. 2019 is a bad year for altcoins, most altcoins lose value but there are still many top altcoins still active and growing. For me, except for Bitcoin, ETH, XTZ, BNB, EOS ... are the best and most developed altcoins in 2019.

Which media? Why no URLs included? When there is no proper references are available within your post, why not we just assume it is your own list of cryptos and you want list them here as you have invested into those cryptos. People are creating false discussion on their favorite cryptos just to create fake hype.

Bitcoin started this year  at the price levels around $3k and then peaked up to $13.5k levels still your list is not including bitcoin. I'm not sure what are the criteria you have considered for your list but price levels must be one of the primary criteria that you must consider for finding list of best performing cryptos. Currently bitcoin is trading double the rate of its beginning price levels of this year. I mean to say even if you consider the recent downfall of bitcoin, it is still doing good according to its this year's start prices.

This is probably the list of altcoins, otherwise BTC must be on this list. ETH, LTC, EOS Perhaps not in this list, they only had good performance in the first half of the year, at the moment they all return to the price at the beginning of the year.

Quickly look up the definition of price volatility on Google. "Volatility" isn't exclusively for price drops, and it's definitely not synonymous to a bear market. A bull market/upward trend can have volatile prices too.
