I don't know the whole story behind the scam accusation and how did the bug happen
but it says in TOS they can close an account if a player quote: "abuse bug(s) or indulge in unfair betting practices"

well I would have settled it differently , but admin has the right to decide what is good for his business and site
p.s. and yes , the user should have reported the bug and gotten the bug bounty instead

That was the one that makes the site accuse the user abusing the bug.
So in short, there was a bug where user was able to bet more than what he had in the balance.
I'm not really sure if the user was indeed trying to abuse the bug for his own profit, but it seems so as he did make the bet more than once.
If he is good user, he would have stopped after he realized that he could bet more than his balance then reported it to the admin.
By this way, I think above user will get something like a bug bounty.

Hopefully this report of the user will be proven legit and had no foul play accusations. In this case, I think this was due to probability that the site's issue was with their web problem and nothing to blame with the user. That's if ever there's a chance for a bug bounty, its very advantage for him. The reputation of the site will increase, yet other player will be more attracted to play on their site because of their prompt support on respective users.

When you have a website topic mainly with the accusation of being a scam, that hurts their reputation insanely, I know it is just 3-4 pages right now and that can be forgiven in the future if there are no more troubles in the future but for now they already have a huge damage on their name because of this issue.

If I were them I wouldn't back down anymore, if they had an issue and paid to shut the person up so they can continue that would have worked but this has gone too far and I doubt they could ever recover from this so might as well keep his money with it as an expense to how much damage the person did to their website. From now on all they can do is to increase marketing and banning all messages regarding this issue and just focus on getting bigger.

We have provided all the necessary evidence in relation to the user's scam accusation on us. The race attack vulnerability cannot be exploited by playing game in 2 tabs or more than 20+ if done manually.

Anybody who is experienced in WebSec industry can acknowledge our above statement. Even we had hard time replicating the bug and had to bring in a reliable penetration tester to replicate. We invested our time as well as resources in order to track it.

We didn't have any bugs as the user claims, Our Team regularly monitors the system error logs/warnings/notices on the server end.

We have processed Withdrawals / Deposits with no issues before and after the user accused us of scamming him.

We provided more than 3 chances to the user to claim his deposit by admitting to his actions in full with steps as how he replicated on his part and an apology.

IF the user doesn't abide with our aforesaid terms to claim his deposits, The Administrators or Moderators can intervene.

We, as LiveMines have faced a mark on our reputation due to the actions of the underlying user. All we can do now is to server our users as best as we can.

I've just used this site as I saw it somewhere else and was very interested.

I've played a few practice games and no problems what so ever. Also the OP is very kind and whatever the above person is complaining about must be their fault (bit judgmental I know)
OP has put a lot of effort into this don't think he/she would find it beneficial to steal just some money and would've been called out by numerous more users.

I will definitely start playing here more when  I have extra money, my only point to make unless I am blind, is that I'd love a button to disable the on-site sounds.

There are no problems during the game, the interface is good, certainly good as an alternative game with crypto deposits.
