Since seeing people loosing money with regional and coloured coins, I've decided that :
RupayaCoin is not a regional coin anymore, RupayaCoin is for the entire planet.

A market for this might just be starting to firm up on Bittrex, that's a good sign. Allcrypt is still pretty quiet though.

Good work! When does the POW end so this would be a POS only? Implementing POS is a messy job, I am thinking of either implementing POS in this coin which is going to take a lot of time and debugging or creating RupayaCoin 2.0 with x11 and POS and exchange old RUP for New. What are your views on that ? |

How would exchanging it work? If we have our RUP on an exchange like Bittrex would it be automatic or would we need to jump through some hoops?
I appreciate your efforts with Rupayacoin, and hope they are rewarded with a growing coin and community going forward.

I need to work on the transition plan from rupayacoin to rupayacoin 2.0, My ultimate goal is to implement POS in the current code, I need to spend more time on development, I am currently working and have limited time. I will try to hire a dev to speed things up. If there is any good dev's reading this post, please pm if you are interested. |

It looks like all the pools have not honoured their agreement and have shutdown their pools after collecting the bounty. You can try http://rup.sumpool.com at your own risk. Or you can solo mine. If you need any help with that please let me know. |

what happened on mintpal voting system, RupayaCoin had around 1250 votes and it has only 275, who reset the counter?

Go in debug and type setgenerate true |

I don't know what happened at mintpal, It might be an error and if its not then its really unfair. I've emailed mintpal support. |

We just made a change to the voting so everything has been divided by 5, and now only 1 free vote is allowed per hour, so overall there is no change at all. Just makes it easier for us to spot any voting bots.

From Mintpal support. I see... It is more easy to just make 1 vote than 5 votes every time. |

Hey, looks like the market is firming up on Bittrex - someone is buying, and multiple buy orders coming in and the price is moving up. Glad to see it! This might be a good time for folks thinking about Rupayacoin to scoop some up and be happy they did later. For myself, I'm holding now. :-)
