Nope. It still stucked at block 137,999.
The wallet showed as Processed 137,999 of 138,316 (estimated) blocks of transaction history.

Launch the freshly downloaded wallet and let it sync with onions.

You have to replace the existing wallet.dat with the one you backed up.

If you are not able to recover them post your Rupaya address here and I will send you some.
