you are right in any way. I havent seen one yet that that offers in game betting on the same game. You also are correct it is not easy to to hit everything correct in the same game. but that's the beauty about this way of betting and the platform i am doing that on. Yeah I actually thought none of them offer betting lines from same event, at least, never come across any in my time yet, so this is a first for me. Just to be clear, this is from colossus and you can parlay from the same event? Might look it up in a bit. Learning a new system is going to a be a huge hurdle for new punters but let's see.

My comments on system bets, I like the idea initially, but it's too much management for a casual punter like me. The thing is I seldom include anything in my parlay that I wouldn't otherwise bet on anyway -- a parlay is simply me going for both bets but on one hand.

What do you think of the cashout option too, curious to know if that plays into your system. I never use it, and my main matches are in EPL where last minute goals are common (and cashouts tend to be worth nothing past 70th min). Or is that not even an option for your method?

Not colossus. Colossusbets only offers jackpot pools on sports. The platform i use to put multiple selections on the same game is on Betfair.com. But other platforms like for example Bet365 also offer this kind of betting.
So betfair.com and bet365 are 2 bookies i am 100% sure they offer multi betting on same event. I will keep you updated if i find more.

About the cashout options. I do not use cashouts very often. It depends on the odds of the remaining games and that for example the starting line up changes closer to the game or a player gets injured which affects the probability of the game.
I must admit if i use cashout option it mostly is during the colossus jackpot bets. Sometimes they offer very good cashouts during the progress of 1 of the tickets.

I am yet to see a profitable sports bettor on the long term. As far as I know the odds are made in such a way that the sportsbooker has an edge over the bettors like on the casino games. I still don't know why would a profitable trader or sports bettor share its winnings on a forum.

it just seems a fun thing to do. I am part of a live betting group as well. We share and analyse our personal bets on a weekly basis. So i do not see anything bad about sharing winnings on a forum.

Since this thread was put back to life anyway and the journal finished so abruptly a year ago, I wonder what happened with the plan. Op is still active on Bitcointalk, so perhaps we'll get a comment here of how it went. It was a long shot because the odds are pretty high on each bet and the strategy assumes the person keeps winning. Op did have a few successful bets at the beginning (when I tried a similar strategy recently I lost right away, and it was game over for me), but I suppose the reality caught up and a losing bet followed? What do you think of that experiment of yours now?

Same here , I was thinking of the same thing , honestly things like that Never works for me personally , no matter how hard I try , at the end it's all on luck and therefore ultimately I just try and participate in the ones which does have a good profit percentage and good odds in my favour.
I think since the OP haven't responded yet maybe he didn't really like the idea and changed his strategies? But at the same time he did mention that "he does not provide Gambling advice etc" which I do think is a good thing.

For the ones that are just starting, keep it easy and steady at the beginning. By giving all your money on the first few bets, you give in to addiction, and I'm sure that's not your purpose. I'll give you a tip by which I guided myself in the beginning to get a hold of how it all works, and to fair, I still use this source to this day. They can see the information and analyze which even you can do but the positive point will be that you made your own decision on this without any bias , generally there is always a personal bias in things like this. Therefore I don't think you should go for any predictions.

I agree with you OP, betting isn't easy and it requires a lot of time. Analyzing of past data: Which team was winning when there was matches between them, what was the score, how tense it was, in what conditions they are right now, who plays on the squad, where is the match, etc... Plays the important role when betting but most of the times people just bet blindly on teams that they have heard are good or they just look at odds and bet on lower ones, in reality, number of odds is the worst indicator.

Your friend must be so focus on sports betting, I think what he is doing is a parlay bet, if he is making a living in gambling then I would say he is a legend because only few people are really making money in sports betting, though I don't know one personally.

you have to consider that scenario when you are betting, the world has change due to pandemic so probably the past information might not be so helpful. When there's no fans in the arena, the home court advantage might not be felt by the home team, so that should be consider as one factor when you are analyzing the game.
