Make sure you put the bones.conf file in the %APPDATA% Bones folder before starting the wallet with the -server flag (create a shortcut of the wallet -qt.exe, in the shortcut properties add the -server flag to the path e.g.

yes .and no im not new been doing this for along time and i have server tag and conf in roaaming folder .i set up a few solo wallets already today so its not me

Make the password in the config a bunch of random letters like this (njkh34u23hnefdue).  That's what I had to do.  Worked fine.
