I think all managers have same experience including me. Of course managers can't disqualify them due to this reason since that guys are not breaking any campaign rules. But my honest review is that, we shouldn't accept such as participants who just made post for payments. Instead of that we should give priority to good contributors of forum. If a users made post just for become qualified on the campaign and he/she repeat same like on every week then its pretty clear about his intentions. This forum is for discussion, not limited for earning signature campaign.

From the beginning, I never count my post for the campaign. Because you can see my current post history, my weekly requirements is only 25 post but my post automatically become more than 35 (less or more). I am agree with OP, we should make post for forum discussion, not just for qualify on the signature campaign. It's not really looking wise behaviour for signature participants.

I agree with your opinion, this forum functions to discuss, gain knowledge and everything related to bitcoin, blockchain, and others. It is just that many of us cant post when there are other activities outside the forum. Until now, I can even post more than requested in the campaign.

Now I use more of my free time to read and learn things so that I will not post things that I think are unnecessary and useless.
My habits now may make me no longer post things that are not useful and I know I can also reach 50 posts per week if I want. For me that number doesn't matter, because there are some users who can post 50 more posts every week unable to maintain the quality of their posts.

It doesn't matter how many posts a user makes per week, some users due to time or maybe knowledge post more than others and it's fine, the major concern should be the quality of the posts, if making more posts will lead to shit posting, then limit yourself to a reasonable number.

There is a campaign willing to pay users for over 50 posts, but many on the campaign make less than even half of that(50). This other campaigns you're talking about, will only pay if users post up to 25 posts, and so many users wouldn't want to post that much, but then they just have to. So is anyone to blame here?
I totally agree. Rather good posts and fewer than many and poor.

Having pay per post will solve this issue and daily maximum post to get paid will restrict anyone from spamming for making few cents.I am also checking lost of member's forum history who just post the needed posts to get qualify for payments and will stop posting this could be warned by the campaign managers to change their behaviour of posting.

Dear community users,

Welcome everyone to my thread. Every newbies start their bitcointalk journey with the expectation of learning and sharing their knowledge's. Some of you may know that worldwide crypto based platforms use this forum for their promotional purposes and they run signature campaigns here. Currently there is multiple live signature campaigns going on here and usually they give weekly payments to their campaign participants. From my own point of view its an great opportunity for quality poster and higher ranks holder to earn a handsome amount of money by joining a signature campaign.

Its been only a month that i have started my job as a campaign manager and one thing took my attention during managing my last campaign. As we all know that to join a signature campaign participants have to follow campaign rules and some rules are quite common on every campaign. For every campaign there is rules of minimum posts per week. Basically it depends on campaign owners choice but to stop spamming or unnecessary posting most campaign managers love to keep the amount of minimum post/week as lower as possible. I have got a different experience during managing my last signature campaign where weekly minimum post requirement was 25 post. Really disappointed to share with you all that i have got couple of participants there who exactly make 25 post/week. Some of them don't make 1 extra post during participating campaign and i think other campaign managers have similar kinda experience.

My question is:

Do they only post for fulfill the minimum post requirements or post count?

IMO if there is 25 weekly post requirement on a signature campaign then it doesn't mean that you can't make some extra posts. I have seen a lot of quality posters of this forum who are really active and don't care about the minimum requirements of their posting. They only post for helping this community by sharing their precious knowledge to newbies. For that reason every time they make lots of extra posts/week. As a participant if you only post to get the weekly payment then i don't know how much good to see that. Yeah in many circumstances anyone can make less post for a week and hopefully campaign manager will consider that but who make exact 25 post in every week they should change their habit.

There is multiple signature campaign going on and lots of quality posters are there. I have a suggestion for them who will get the chance to join signature campaign in the future. "Post for forum, Not only for fulfill the weekly minimum post requirement"
We have lots of participants for every signature campaigns, you cannot expect that everyone would exert effort that would exceed your expectations. Sometimes, bounty hunters post the exact number of posts required because they are afraid of getting banned or gaining red trust from the campaign manager. If ever you've noted that it's not a bad thing to post extra one, then the blame would be for the participant and not yours at all so don't sweat it if you never fall short of cautions and extra rules.

Forums do not limit the number of daily posts if they are constructive and of high quality. Even when the maximum daily paid limit rule is enforced, it will not violate the forum rules if posts are useful and what is prohibited are spam posts, junk posts and low quality posts.

Maintaining quality posts every day may never be easy when moods and thoughts are chaotic. Problems will arise when we have just posted junk and other useless in the forum, in my opinion that post will not help at all.

<snip>

Exactly, limit post just a bounty/signature campaign rules, but forum not limit any user who can made good post. 20+ posts a day for user is very possible, but if signature rules limit 5 posts/day, it's doesn't mean who made 20 post a day is breaking forum rules.
