1) How you passed the "Identified user" level? Hacked account?
2) No way to withdraw funds from different IPs, the Yandex team will block it and ask to pass KYC again.
3) I doubt someone will give away the Identified Yandex account for $20 unless the seller gets an account with shady ways.

Hi, I bought the account long time ago and didn't use it, now I didn't have any use of it
Not hacked,Also check again account is not identified It is reviewed which is medium level verification
