Of course its a scam.Its just an another clone site of https://cex.io/ exchange.This isnt only the site but there were lots of them floating around and been used by scammers to fool out people.
So better stay away to this one.

Yes your right bro if it is scam why we need to register and test the site, it is waest of time and I already checked the site maybe it will going to scam list soon so please stay away from those sites.

Obviously scam! First, the website logo is same as cex.io logo and there's no information about their company and team.
Your account is deliberately filled with a deposit so that you trade on that website, I'm sure your balance is just virtual, you won't be able to withdraw it unless you deposit your money there. this scheme is gaining in popularity now to attract people to get caught up in scams.
