It is a new update to his scam model.
He had created a topic before^[1] and asked for money in exchange for help in investing on the pretext that he had made 500%. I think he has modified things a little instead of "asking for money" to "Ask me anything."

I don’t know how you will prove that you have achieved 500% but this matter is yours, no one will listen to your advice and no one will give you money. Even with the use of an escrow, things do not seem logical.
Easy profit = scam.

LOL, AMA (Ask me anything) scam? Well we have seen youtube being flock by this kind of modus so perhaps it's time for them to go and move here.

Anyways, if I'm in your shoes, and if you really made that much money this year, I would just keep mum about it and continue the winning ways next year. But it looks like you have some bad intentions here, just saying. I hope newbies won't fall for this kind of trick.

Where did you learn how to trade and is it replicate-able? I can see that you are member of some places that allow us to mimic your trading but that is more like giving us a fish, I am more interested in learning how to fish and that is why I would love to hear how you learned to fish as well. Was it books? practicing? online videos? courses? School? Any specific thing that you highly suggest over all other stuff?

I personally made a decent return this year with around 80% as well but that was due to me buying and holding It wasn't some sort of magical trading income, I just happen to have some money at the right time to buy bitcoins and I "hodl" them and made 80% this year which is a nice feeling tbf, but I am nowhere near a trader so I would love to hear how you became a good trader.

Alright - a lot of weird things with your post. First of all you are a newbie on this forum (account created on November 9th 2019) so you're not presenting much trust. However could you please tell us the reason why you are sharing your supposed "results" on this forum/post?

To me it is clear that you want to attract eye balls on your results. Your post subject is "I made +500% for 2019 on BitMex" - is that pure bragging or you're looking for people to buy some kind of service from you?

Please provide some more data sample. <3.5btc in management says that you were not managing big fund and thus strategy can be more aggressive and this could easily be a result of survivor bias. Could you please elaborate on tools/strategies that you use?

That. I legit have never seen anyone around me who made profit openly share with the world that they made whatever percentage of profits. It's none of people's business. On top of that, saying that you make such profits can attract the wrong type of attention. Smart money doesn't signal they're rich, they keep their mouth shut and act poor.

The funny part about most people like OP is that they all 'made' 500 or 1000% profit. Why not just pick a lower more realistic figure? Most professional traders don't even make that much profit.

Anyone can brag, I can also do it, but not anyone can prove it sadly enough. Ask you anything? Suree, give me proof of your profit then. Being profitable about something doesn't provide you with the capital of being rich, being intelligent about being profitable does. Sure, you can share your knowledge and all of that, then start making useful threads and stop making topics about how you made xxx profit.

I don't think that he is bragging here. His point is to lure noobs crypto traders in his group and give them signals for a payment. And that his the secret of profiting a whopping 500% in 2019.

I don't want to see that youtube videos as I might be a victim, Lol. But seriously, I doubt what the OP has claim, we all know that trading isn't a game of chance. You really know what everything works before you can even profit 50%-100% here, much more 500%.

Come on man, its New Year, that doesn't mean you need to come up with a new scam. Get a real job or earn money in a clean and honest way and not by scamming people by making us think that you earn that much in trading and you can help out by asking you anything.  I got 500% in trading on Bitmex for this year, my first BTC I bought in 2016-2017 for ~800$.

By the way, why do you have negative trust ?

I am LF investments and people scared about it. Guy flag me to warn others that it is dangerous as he thought. But I just started a topic.

good % ROI != much money. You can get 1000% for 1$ or 4% for 1M$ and it will be big difference. My start capital was 0.9 BTC and it's not much money for me.

But it looks like you have some bad intentions here, just saying.

I was taught by one guy for NYSE trading in 2012. I learned some basic things about trading, lvl, patterns. And start working in SEO (search engine) xDDD
In 2015 I have invest and bought proxy service where people deposited balance via BTC. After that I left proxy business and start trading BTC

Is it replicate-able? - Nope, I can't copy-past my mind into yours. But I can tell more about my risk management or stress managment:) Cuz in trading I just use public patterns - you can find it in google for easy.

Was it books? practicing? online videos? courses? School? Any specific thing that you highly suggest over all other stuff?

First of all you need to know the basics of trading. (How to trade on your platform, Support and Resistance lvl, money managment etc.) - you can easy google it or buy cheap course from any author.
And practice, practice and practice. It's not a secrete here - you need to trade to get experience in this. Start for small amonut but not a DEMO. And analyse your trades.
Analysis - It's key in this business.

Good trader: 100% analysis, 0% greed.

It's very simply but ppl forgot about simply things and REKT. You know - ppl LF hard understanding, mythical, VIP IMBA things... But the main idea here - simple things != bad result.

It's realy good result! In this thread I am talking about futures like BitMex/buybit. For original "buy/sell" BTC it's realy good result!
Keep going what did you do. You can pick out small amount (not more 20%) of your capital for futures trading but don't forget about greed.
