You should do a lot of research before you start with something like this. It is more complicated than people think. I switched business a while ago.
Do you want to go for White Label or Turnkey solution? Or only the API?

Neither of them. The product is going to be developed by us and it wont be hire or sell to anyone. Exclusive to us.

Then maybe to complete your product and then to ask if someone has any interest in it?
