It seems to me like this is a collateral scam. I've encountered scams in the form of fake ERC20 tokens before personally and this may be one of them.

There is no reason for OP to provide such high amounts of collateral, if he were to be legit.

My opinion is the marketcap of your coin sounds inflated to me. My opinion is this would be a very risky loan to make.
