Now that we have begun accepting Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ethereum for lotto betting as well as casino gaming at www.Casinoco.com, we have created this user and thread in order to give closer support to players.  If you are playing at our site with cryptocurrency then we may be able to provide more specific assistance through here and messaging.  We'll also regularly be giving bonus lines and coupons on this thread.

If you haven't played at our site, and would like to play lottery betting, try us out!  Just go to www.Casinoco.com and you can see how to set up an account and deposit on our FAQ page.

We offer lottery betting on 28 of the major global lotteries, including EuroMillions, Powerball and Mega Millions.  We also offer Syndicate betting, which gives more chances to win.

For a first-time offer to those players coming through Bitcointalk, we will be offering 5 free tickets or 5 syndicate purchases to new players.  Simply make a purchase of at least 5 lottery tickets or 5 syndicates, then send an email to support@casinoco.com, with the subject line "5 free tickets".  We'll credit your balance to the value of 5 tickets within 24 hours.

Please note, as we are a Curacao-licensed site, we are unable to offer our services to some countries, such as USA, UK and France.

We have been given permission to allow our Cryptocurrency players to enter "To Be Confirmed" in the Address and City fields.  We would only require your correct address upon the occasion of a win over €500,000.

In your sign-up page, why is it necessary to give the exact address?
Would it be fine if the mandatory one is the country field?
Because if you are playing with crypto, full name, address or mobile number is not necessary.
I don't think you can attract many gamblers who want to keep their privacy.
It is understandable if they are using the bank transfer option.

It's great to see more licensed casinos entered the cryptocurrency space, hopefully this will allow people in even restricted countries to gamble and potentially multiply their money.

With that said, does your casino required KYC documentation for cryptocurrency players? If it does, then you can expect uptake to be very slow since the vast majority of other gambling platforms don't require KYC.

Also, are fiat and crypto bets mixed into the same pool to increase the size of the jackpot? Or are there separate pools?

Our gaming license requires that we request an address, I'm afraid.  An issue is that if a player wins a high jackpot, we would need to pay them via bank transfer.  All our players do have absolute privacy, and so any wins would not be reported without the express permission of the player.

Update:  We have been given permission to allow our Cryptocurrency players to enter "To Be Confirmed" in the Address and City fields.  We would only require your correct address upon the occasion of a win over €500,000.

As far as we're aware, there are very few lotto betting sites accepting cryptocurrency at this time.

KYC differences:

Fiat depositing players - We require KYC upon first withdrawal.  This is obviously to reduce fraud on credit card payments etc.
Crypto depositing players - We would require KYC just on withdrawals over €500,000.

In terms of the lotto prizes - we match the prizes of the actual lottos.  So if betting on Euromillions and you get 4 numbers, you'd win the same amount as if you'd bought a ticket and won.

Please note, as we are a Curacao-licensed site, we are unable to offer our services to some countries, such as USA, UK and France.
(...)
This kinda sad news since you have restricted countries.
So, every user in your gambling site will undergl to a Know Your Customer(KYC)  policy? Kinda sick on butt for every people who are from restricted countries.
