Crypto space is unpredictable, few weeks ago i quickly dump some tokens i earned from a bounty and after a day or two the price rise from 0.003 to 0.006 which is doubled, what should be everyone's priority in crypto space is solid projects, not all coins and tokens are meant to be dumped.

I agree that always take profit when possible is important, but i think most people dont think like that. Lots of people know what the market did in 2017 and now they always want that bull run happen again, so most of them will waiting for large profit and not accept small profit.

indeed in 2017 you can get a lot of profit because cryptocurrency prices in exchange places are increasing and demand conditions are very high so that it can make the price very expensive and many people get profit, whereas in 2018 until 2019 it is difficult to be able to make a profit because his condition is weakening, hopefully in 2020 this can get a lot more profit from cryptocurrency.

Yes, I do agree on taking profit as soon as you see some, but it still depends on how much profit will make you happy. Some see profits and grabing it as soon as they feel happy about it but also feel unsatisfied when they found out that their investment should have earned more if they haven't took that opportunity.

Like the OP said, profit matters most in cryptos, and all investors want is to earn large amount of profits but we do not know when will it happen. So we should always know ourselves, what will make us happy and satisfied. How much money do we want in order for us to be happy and satisfied.

And make sure don't go all in in every trade because that will be a waste if we did 1% profits each day but there are one day that our coins that lost 10% then we cutted loss, our 11 days would be a waste and not gaining anything. Money and assets management is really needed in cryptocurrency because a coins could gain 100% or loss 100% in just a day.

yes i agree with you op it is better to get a little profit but it is real rather than continuing to hold coins in exchange and hope prices continue to rise. but in reality the price does not go up it actually decreases. now I also prefer to make short-term investments if the coins that I hold have experienced a 10% increase I will sell and take profits. and when the coin price goes down I will buy again. You nailed it here, just like forex trading were a trader make profits consistently without taking a big risk in a very volatile and unfavorable market conditions, however in crypto when a trader buys at the peak and the price declined or dumps the trader has to wait for a  very long period of time for the price to pump or recover to break-even before taking profits.
Trading and earning 1% profits daily consistently with a good money management would amount to a big profit in a long term.

Yes, profit does matter in crypto, Nowadays everyone comes in crypto to make money, though the purpose was different before! Taking profit is really a brave move, and I always love to take it. Because when 90% of people keep telling you to hold, don't sell then selling token is not really easy! But whoever was greedy they are regretting every day and the seller becomes the winners. That's why my strategy is very simple, sell your crypto whenever you need it or want it! Hold it when you have enough money to spend and hold a certain amount which you can lose happily!
