Blueprint gaming is a scam - With proof

I have bought close to 500,000 EURO bonus buys on Return of Kong Megaways and 99% of the buys resulted in losses. Maximum win is capped at 750x. Yes it is capped at 750x because I have gotten 12 free spins + a retrigger on a 10 euro bet on 117,000 megaways 3 times and all 3 times I have only won 750x my bet (7500 euro).

I have around 400+ videos showing how I lose money on every single bonus buy 20 - 30 times in a row. So eventually I got fed up and contacted my account manager at bitcasino and asked her for some information on my bonus buys on Kong Megaways. This was her response:

"I would like to follow up on your request concerning the statistics overview of your internal bonus buys in the game of Return of Kong Megaways.
 
I have just received feedback from the game provider Blueprint. However, unfortunately, the requested information on the detailed overview of every in-game bonus buy and it's corresponding payout may not be offered by the game provider.
 
I am truly sorry for this inconvenience. And in this place, I may only advise, as my colleagues have been touching upon previously, that if you feel disappointed about your gameplay in this particular game, I would recommend you trying other slots"

So if you lose over 400,000 euro on bonus buys the provider has the right to refuse to give you information about your bonus buys and the payouts? Sounds 100% legit right?

I've heard it all so you can call me a degenerate gambler and someone that has too much money to waste but clearly this is not fair and this provider is not trustworthy if they are not willing to provide any information about your bonus buys and the payouts.

yeah he needs to create a formal scam accusation as he said he has videos also to show. the money involved is huge so it should not be taken lightly. also players of this site will be aware that such situation is happening and they can attest also if it happens to them...

Here is a video of a session about 1 hour ago. Please keep in mind I already lost +-25,000 euro on the game just an hour before.

0 out of 10 or so bonus buys gave any profit. I lost money on every single buy. Same as every other day.

Yaa, he could just built up his own gambling company in the amounts of funds he lost until. Around 400000+ Euros until.

If you are doing it just to prove them as scam than it is surely not worth it, there are better ways to prove it.

I understand your point but you need to understand that your comment does not make this situation any better. I believe everyone has the option to spend or lose all the money he wants as long as it is not causing any harm to others.

Do you keep dumping money into this game in hopes that it will increase your chances of getting a refund?

Or do you just really enjoy playing the game at 750 and 1500 euro a pop?

The provider is regulated with Alderny, you could contact them, but "i'm losing too much too often, it's not fair" is not really a valid complaint.  Your sample size wouldn't be enough to prove anything.  It's up to the regulator to audit the software, maybe they'll audit it and determine something is wrong I guess.

Claiming you have hundreds of videos that prove it's a scam,  and then continuing to play for large amounts of money doesn't make sense though.

Mostly users here to offer help/assistance onto another way of communication for instance Telegram it will most likely be some type of scam. So maybe if you really want to help OP I think it will be safer for both of you to communicate here in the forum via pms for transparency purposes also. And for the OP be aware that a lot of impersonations are happening in the forum lately so if he introduce you to another person or himself and act like he is another member here then it is a good time to back out.
