I think this should Be Changed Accordingly to Updated Rank Requirements. To a Member as Contest entry requirement or if you need Entry to be Jr member those 10 merits should be removed to atleast 1 Merit with 30 activity which is Jr member Rank status , it kind of confusion when you look to updated ranks Requirements.

Member 60 10
(To join you need to be at least Jr Member on the forum and have earned a minimum of 10 merits in the last 120 days) 10 Merit is Member Requirement
The requirement means that you should be Member and Not Jr as written it suppose to be clear for anyone to understand
you don't need to point up merits earned by JR.MEMBER because even the account received more than 10 merits but
"lack of activities" he will remain as JR Member rank so His ranked won't complicate the rules since he can still gain 10 merits and remain as His rank.

i did not anticipate the rules as i dont really have the original plan to participate or at least i only want to Join the conversation since i am also a movie Lover and a fan of Oscar.
