That's the latest update he gave in this thread, let just wait for his next announce, I myself is waiting as well if the domains I sent to him are approved. He got a lot of messages and for sure it will take time as he isn't the one that decides if it's good or not he's just simply hired by an employer to do this. Let just wait, I trust the OP as he paid some users that's been approved already, it just takes time for him before he makes the final decision of who are those people that will be awarded.
