May I know the reason of deleting the post please

I made a post on our EPL pool earlier today but it was deleted by one of the mod. I really do not think it was off-topic or violating any forum rule. Here is the post from my inbox.

A reply of yours, quoted below, was deleted by a Bitcoin Forum moderator. Posts are most frequently deleted because they are off-topic, though they can also be deleted for other reasons. In the future, please avoid posting things that need to be deleted.

Bournemouth - Watford game on the weekend could be interesting.

I think Watford will eventually win the stress. Honestly speaking Watford is playing well in their matches but was not able to capitalize to win matches however from last few matches they are getting good result. Here are some EPL match results for Watford:

Watford won against Wolves
Watford won against Villa
Drew against Sheff in the away match
Watford won again Utd

So, considering the recent form I would bet for Watford in this match. However head to head stats indicates that this could be a draw match too.

For me I am looking forward to see Tottenham vs Liverpool match. I would like to see without Kane how far Tottenham can go. Most probably Son will not play as well.

It seems like a mistake or was it really meant to be deleted?

Some loser must have reported it & a mod deemed it worthy of being deleted. It isn’t a low quality post or off topic so maybe a mod made a mistake & deleted it.

I can imagine when on mod duties it’d be easy to be on auto pilot deleting multiple posts.

I am imagining a list of reported posts and the mods have check box next to each posts like below:



With the pile of reported post, whoever the mod was got pissed and clicked on Check All (if they have one) and eventually clicked on the delete selected / delete all button and my post got deleted too 🤪
