User diorthotis hardly shilling "Thecoin Exchange", most of his post included that exchange website. Web address is below,
Code:
https://exchange.thecoin.pw

I were about to send him a merit on a post, suddenly I wondered that user already made 309 post till now but why didn't received single merit? So I decide to visit his/her post history and found that user promoting a exchange all over forum. First time I heard this exchange name, don't know about reputation. But that user has been violating forum rules.

24. Advertisements (including signatures within the post area) in posts aren't allowed unless the post is in a thread you started and is really substantial and useful
Since that user continuously adding same links on his/her most of post so it should consider as a advertisement. Hope moderators will take appropriate action.

This kind of advertising is really annoying and it's 100% against the rules. I have seen many similar cases, like the one I posted about it a few days ago and the one posted by o_e_l_e_o. (Visit the following threads.)
Please don't reply to topics that are made for advertising purposes.
Is this against the rules? Indirect referral link spamming.

As you said this user is breaking rule number 24.

I reported posts this user had made with a link to the mentioned exchange. All of reports were marked as good and posts were deleted.

After so many deleted posts he just continues to spam with his link today, and this will continue until he is properly punished. I do not understand that this behavior does not result in at least a temporary ban, just deleting a post is a cover-up of a real problem, which continues and only causes extra work for moderators.

Yeah this should be considered as advertising on a post since if you look at the posts he made on his own threads like this one you'll see that he really does not care about the topic he made but he cares more about promoting the website he is trying to show. Even that topic that are out of the topic he is trying to still promote the website. If he was only doing this kind of promotion on related topics and he does not do it blatantly then I think this can be allowable.
